A large barren area of Salmiya will be transformed into a lush, 'green' family park, offering a wide range of passive and active recreational activities, cultural events and educational opportunities, the total land area of this project is 353,529 SQM.
The project is divided into three areas. The First area will contain the Shopping Mall, the interactive museum, Media Academy, restaurants, a large lake and other water features.
The project will also contain a beauty Centre, four train stations, a heritage village, and a multi-purpose hall with car Parking Spaces for 2250 cars.
This competition winning design was commissioned by Kuwait Commercial Markets Complex Company for it a build-operate-transfer bid for Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources. Gulf Consult undertook the concept design of all recreational, landscape and engineering elements. Architectural concept by Dino Georgio.
